Jeremy Lagay is the Senior Vice President of Iconex’s Europe division and brings over 25 years of industry experience across various leadership roles in operations and supply chain. At Iconex, he serves as the leader of Europe’s business, overseeing the day-to-day activities and execution of our strategy.

Jeremy enjoys the entrepreneurial aspects of his position at Iconex and the leadership standards of the company. He prioritizes engaging with his fellow coworkers and helping them learn, grow, and realize their full potential, as he knows how impactful that has been in his own career.

Jeremy began his career as an apprentice at Schneider Electric and, over the next 26 years, advanced through several managerial and director roles, ultimately serving as Director of the Global Supply Chain Field Services. During that time, he worked in six different countries, completed five leadership programs, and earned a master’s degree in industrial management.

Jeremy is an active member of FINAT, the European association for the self-adhesive label industry, and enjoys expanding his knowledge of the labels business and the products he works with every day.
