Brussels, 12/03/2025 – The European Converted Paper Association (ECPA) has been officially established, marking the creation of a new association dedicated to representing the converted paper industry in Europe. Along with its foundation, ECPA is also unveiling its official website, which will serve as a central hub for industry updates, policy developments, and advocacy efforts.

ECPA was created to provide a unified voice for the sector at the European level, engaging with policymakers, promoting sustainable and innovative practices, and supporting the industry’s long-term growth. Through its activities, the association will facilitate collaboration among industry players and ensure that the sector’s interests are effectively represented in key policy discussions.

“The launch of ECPA reflects the industry’s need for a dedicated association that can advocate for its interests and foster dialogue with European institutions. We look forward to working together with stakeholders to strengthen the sector and support its role in the circular economy,” said Marcel Bergmann, Chairman & CEO of ECPA. ECPA invites companies and stakeholders from across the sector to engage with its work and explore opportunities for collaboration.
